Specific Services

Examples of Specific Services:

Review Research Already Done – SOS can review a final report, questionnaires, processed data, and qualitative feedback such as focus group reports/transcripts/social media.  Feedback, with recommendations, can be summarized and/or detailed.

Refine Research Already Done – SOS can check raw data to identify and exclude additonal problematic cases, reprocess a cleaned data set with weighting, and run multivariate statistics.  In addition to delivering new cross-tabulation reports, SOS can update an original report, or prepare “from scratch” a fresh analysis and report.

Recommend Additional Research – Either after reviewing past research and internal data, or starting “cold” for an independent perspective, SOS can propose and conduct additional research.  Time permitting, that may start with qualitative, followed by quantitative research using an approved sampling frame, questionnaire, set of stimuli, and instrument adminstered online, in-person, by telephone, and/or via mobile devices.

Consultation on Future Research – Before conducted in‑house or commissioned, SOS can quickly review and counsel on RFPs, proposals, group guides, questionnaires, instruments, processing, norms, modeling, dashboards, pricing, scheduling, and staffing.
